We can only supply and deliver within England (except the Isle of Man), Wales, and Scotland (excluding the Outer Hebrides and the Orkney Isles)

We despatch all orders promptly by courier or by post for many smaller items. We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of receipt and in most cases they will be delivered the following day but in any event it should be with you within 3-5 working days of despatch. When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.


For all orders up to and including 2 cases delivery is charged at £5.00 for the total consignment. For orders of 3 cases or more delivery is free of charge except for specific postcodes in Scotland whereby the following charges apply;

A surcharge of £18.00 per consignment will apply on the total consignment for deliveries to postcodes; KW, IV, PH 12-50, AB 13, 14, 21-23, 30-99, and PA 20-80.


To ensure that our couriers can deliver, the delivery address should be a full address including postcode. If you are not available to collect your delivery, the courier can leave your consignment in a predetermined place. This should be notified to us when making your order.

IMPORTANT: when signing for the delivery, if there are breakages to the contents of the case please notify us by calling 0161 456 7695 or sending an e-mail to within 48 hours of delivery.


If you receive a delivery which you believe is spoiled, please contact us as soon as possible informing us of the problem. Please make sure that the item is in the original packaging, we will examine the returned product and if we are satisfied that it is spoiled we will replace it or provide a refund.

If you wish to cancel your order once you have received the goods you can give us a notice of cancellation. You have seven working days, by statute, from the day after the date of delivery of the goods. You must notify us and this can be done by e-mail to or in writing to Kenann House, 32 Newby Road Industrial Estate, Hazel Grove, Stockport SK7 5DA or by phone 0161 456 7695. You must keep the goods in good condition whilst they are in your possession.

Should you return the goods to us, you will bear the cost of returning the goods. Upon receipt of the goods you will receive a full refund of any monies paid or exchange or credit if applicable.
